City of Lake Elsinore PLUS

There is an abandoned/ possibly stolen vehicle, a maroon Chrysler Imperial on the side of my street just past the mailboxes. Past Yarborough Park. It's been abandoned there since yesterday afternoon, roughly around 24 hours ago. Previously, it had been left in front of Yarborough Park by the Splash Pad before it was left by the mailboxes.

Vehicle has not moved in several weeks

Owner lives at 29108 Shadbush, has a 2 car gar and 3 car driveway they could use instead of parking at the corner, (in front of a no parking sign) in front of 29108 Shadbush. The car is too close to the corner and obstructs the traffic view each way. A person was nearly hit because a car was turning and could not see. Children play and people walk there. They have been parked there every day (beyond 72 hrs) all day. They also have a black SUV with Texas license plate that also parks there and exhibits threatening behavior.

I think they are in violation of:

10.12.120 Parking Prohibitions

B. Any vehicle which is parked or left standing in a position so as to obstruct the normal movement of traffic or in a condition so as to create a hazard to other traffic upon the street which may include, without limitation, the deployment of RV pop-outs or other extensions into the public right-of-way.

F. Any vehicle found stopped, standing, parked, or left unattended along any street or street segment for a period of time longer than that permitted, or restricted as a no parking area as has been established by ordinance or resolution of the City Council where signs have been posted or curb markings made providing notice of such restrictions. [Ord. 1187 § 2, 2006].

10.12.140 Removal of vehicle from streets
Enforcement personnel may remove or cause to be removed:
A. Any vehicle that has been parked or left standing upon a street, or highway for 72 or more consecutive hours.

B. Any vehicle which is parked or left standing upon a street or highway where:

Owner also parked in front of a no parking sign several times over the past month.

Hi, I would like to report this truck that seems to be abandoned with sticker expiring next month. It's been parked here for more than 2 months now since July 11th. The truck has been parked for so long and has not moved that the soil dirt has been accumulating on the spot where it is parked. Please investigate if this is an abandoned truck. Thank you.
