There may not be a problem at all, but on our sidewalk, there is an area ALWAYS wet, as if water it constantly leaking from below. Not sure what the explanation would be for a sidewalk area, about 2x3 feet, persistently wet, even when weather has been dry. Thanks!

This drain creates a hazard; the step dangerously large, and the opening is dangerously large too.

There isn't a sidewalk on the West side of Cleveland south of Village Lane. It would be great for pedestrians if one was added, especially given the kids' ball field nearby!

The storm sewer drain cover at ninth and Jackson Street has been missing for months. A small child could easily fall in here and die.

Huge piece of bike trail missing. Probably ten feet has detached and fallen down the embankment. Very dangerous!

The sidewalk in front of my home at 1206 Bayard Avenue is so uneven that it causes major pooling of water and unsafe icing. At this time of year the pools freeze and thaw on a daily basis making the sidewalk impassable to pedestrians because of water or unsafe because of icing.
I have tried salting on a daily basis but the pools just refreeze when the temperatures drop.
The condition of the sidewalk puts me in a situation of liability for a slip and fall claim which I am not willing to accept.
I'm asking the city to repair or indemnify me against liability.

Neglected sidewalk

This section of sidewalk in front of 2221 Riverwood collects water and is quite hazardous in the winter.

Sidewalk has been completely broken/caged/obstructed. There are no signs and there is no pedestrian detours. Has been like this for at least two months.
