    Caller reporting water is leaking into the ground around the meter, as well as leaking up into the meter box, filling it with water.

    Caller reporting a steady water leak near his meter box on the street-side of the meter. Stated he noticed there was water leaking from the meter into the area under his property stilts, he cleared away some dirt near the meter and saw it flowing in from in between the meter and the street.

    Hello, Please see the attached picture which shows 5 (five) collapsed water meters that service 7830, 7832, 7834, 7836, and 7838 Sunset Ave Panama City Beach FL 32508. The way the drives are set up, I have to park next to these meters which have developed into a tripping and ankle twisting hazard. The entire section of metres needs to be cut out, reinforced, and reinstalled level with the grade of the drive. I will help pay for this project, but need your help coordinating with removing and repositioning your meters. Me and my guests the only residents who have to actually step over or on these meters while entering and exiting our vehicles. The end townhouse at 7830 is forced to drive over these to get into their driveway. The remaining townhouses are only at risk of these meters collapsing further and breaking the lines on either side - utility or resident.

    The top lid is rusted shut. We had to lift the bottom lid and fish out the sensor as it fell through. Can we get the sensor back on the lid? We put a cone up, but don't know how long it will last.

    Unknown heavy truck ran over concrete reclaimed water cover at NW corner of park area in Breakfast Point. Park corner is located OPPOSITE the home at 327 Johnson Bayou. Due to weight of vehicle, the cover was damaged and is now sits at an angle instead of level. Please check that reclaimed water connections still working. Thank you.
