    There is continuously people at this apartment outside doing drugs, lighting items on fire in parking lot causing fire department to show up, and other disorderly conduct. Not sure who to report this to but I've had a lady from this building bang on my door (I live in building next door) along with multiple other of my neighbors at 6 in the morning demanding to use my phone and calling me foul names when I said no. They're have been several people in my next door unit who have complained about the behavior.

    I made a payment online & it said it didn’t go through so I repaid it. The amount came out of my checking account twice. Pinellas County Utilities stated they never received first payment & would not issue a refund. Filed a claim with Wells Fargo that they denied stating the utility company did receive the money. I am now out $273 that I had to pay again in order to keep my water on.

    Duke energy is going to pull my electric meter because it is a safety hazard because the Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Park has not done or notified Duke Energy that the permanent repair has been completed and inspected .Duke Energy has not been able to read my meter electronically because it was damaged by the voltage arcing from hot wire to outside of electric box
