Light when out on street pole

all 10 of the multiple light super structure light poles on the entire 295/murch. interchange have been out for 2 months. It is dark and dangerous driving thru the interchange in the dark. I sent an email to the ncdot and they replied that that section of the interchange is Fayetteville's responsibility.

This pole does not have a number It is across the street from 2814 Mirror Lake Drive

This evening we noticed all the street lights in the 100 block of Franklin Street and several side streets are out (entire block) The area light in the parking lot of 134 Franklin Street is out as well We would greatly appreciate PWC looking into the problem and correcting before Tuesday evening

Street light is not lit anymore not sure if bulb is broken or another issue has occurred.

All of the street lights are out on at least two blocks of Green Street at the Market House.
