    Open storm drain has cover dislodged from drain. Located at end of Cape Fear River Trail on dead end near Hwy 301 bridge beside dirt road going to service road for Hwy 301. This is a dangerous safety hazard due to the fact a grass mowing tractor could possibly fall into the drain hole and possibly flip potentially injuring someone. This location has been marked with a safety cone. Please help as soon as possible before someone gets hurt.

    There's a large pine tree right behind my fence. The roots from the tree is causing damage to my fence and are crawling into my yard. The tree isn't on anyone's property so I guess it belongs to the city? Who would be able to help me with this matter? I believe the tree needs to be removed.
