    Coincidence? Careless? Deliberate? It seems as if the process to empty green carts is not being performed properly. The picture is of my carts...today, 7/16/2020, but this is not the first or second time this has happened in recent months. Green is empty, blue was not. They were more than 4 feet apart. Same thing happened to my next-door neighbor ( I have a picture of that one as well) and another house close by... possibly more. This is careless at best, and willfully negligent or deliberate at worst. Perhaps folks need to take more time and pay attention to what they are doing rather than rushing the job leading to damaged carts (and associated cost) and unhappy customers.

    Tree limbs are hanging over wires in the street and in right of way. The wires are also very low and as you can see, one was snapped off when a truck drove by on the street.

    Trash was picked up. Trash can should be moved back to the side of the house but remain at the curb for months now.
