    Lee Hyundai Car Dealership has a make-shift auto washing station outside of their service building. They wash cars continuously during the business day. The wash contains soaps and waxes which are not captured by the business. The water runs across the paved area towards the Red Tip Road. The water then pools in the roadside drainage ditch. This part of the ditch has been saturated and there is a constant, stagnant pool of water in this area of the road. This becomes a breading ground for mosquitos and in the warm weather months is often green in color from the overgrowth of water algae.
