Hello, we would like to report a neighbor in a residential neighborhood that is maintaining a rooster or roosters in their backyard outside of city ordinance. The rooster is crowing at all hours of the morning causing a noise nuisance The rooster is also kept in a pen right at the property line adjacent to our property.
