    I have reported this issue multiple times via SeeClickFix and calls. This storm drain at the Cr. of 18th Ave NE and Coffee Pot Blvd NE has been crumbled since a year ago. I started reporting it in January. Coffee Pot Blvd floods every time there is a hard rain. Water can't get through this drain appropriately. Please fix.
