I drove past this yesterday. There is a very large oak tree that is leaning at an angle with a giant branch low and over the road. (2nd Avenue South). I saw two work trucks back up and go another way because they could not get through. I am worried that this tree will finally fall and crush a vehicle or people walking. There was a car parked on the street on the south side of the road which meant any car going down 2nd avenue south has to go under this low hanging branch.
