    We own the SF home located at 525 13 av s. There has been a growing subsidence at the rear of the garage that may be caused by the failure of the 8" ageing sanitary line located near the depression in a vacated alley. There is a large tree along the west property line they may be causing damage from the extensive root system. It does not appear to be for near the lateral location (according to City sanitary line map)

    I'm concerned that the raw sewage may be leaking out of the City 8" main and causing wash-out in the back yard,
