    We were supposed to get the same improvements (millings) as the alley across from ours on 24th street but instead it was just filled with dirt again
    Heavy rain and washes the dirt away with days

    Pothole reported 2 weeks ago was filled in last week but was not properly graded. Significant pooling of water is occurring and will flood my studio in a hard rain. It may be that you have not completed the job and intend to come back. In any case I wanted to make you aware of this. Thank you.

    There is one pot hole and one sink hole forming in the alley, rendering it in accessible to vehicle traffic Since this is a one-way alley, neighbors are unable to park their vehicles in their garages

    Due to Flash Flooding during Milton, there is a large washout in one section that is far larger underneath payment - close to a 4 foot depth
