Ally is overgrown for half of the alley and when you come into alley at 46 Street the curb and the dirt are extremely lower, which is rough on the rims coming and going

Alley between 11th and 12th Street is very sandy and rain washes sand into street and sewer system. Plus it's messy for pedestrians and pets. Please put a new coat of millings on here.

Multiple pot holes in alley behind address.

Alley behind 3960 12th st north needs to be leveled and have an apron/transistion installed from alley to driveway as it leads to this address. Current tree roots and steep transition are damaging vehicles as they make the transition

The alley is very dirty and dusty and it's getting in our yards please dump asphalt

The Sally surface repair was reported completed May 25. There has been NO SUCH REPAIR or resurfacing done and now you can see more degradation of the alley.

I put in a request over a year ago to have the alley resurfaced and re-pitched properly. I met with the department manager on site and he said it was slated to occur in December. The water from both alleys are collecting at the end and dumping in to the storm drain at our dental office. Our driveway is lifting as a result. I am going to ask the city to pay for the correction of our driveway due to improper pitch and damage to our driveway. Our neighbors driveway is also caving in due to recent repairs due to the sewer. The alley is back to the way it was after placing the millings. It collects too much water and is dumping it on our property causing extensive adn expensive water damage.

Every time there is a heavy rainstorm my back yard floods. This is also an issue with my immediate neighbors. The manhole is situated too high for the stormwater to drain from our yards. The city was contacted before by my neighbor about this issue. They did some type of repairs to the alley, but it did not resolve the issue.

Caller reports severe flooding in her yard in the back corner up against Willow. Caller would like to be consulted on how we can avoid future flooding in that area. Could the city consider adding a storm drain. Please investigate.
