request alley resurface numerous potholes and unevenm surfacing

alley needs to be resurfaced. erosion around access cover nera 43rd street and several water gathering areas between 41st street and 43rd.

Resident stated that potholes are presenting in the entire length of alleyway from 15th Ave S through 16th Ave S. Stated that it makes walking and driving conditions difficult to navigate. Requests inspections and possible repairs to be made.

This alley is heavily used for access to our driveway, but it has become increasingly difficult to navigate due to numerous potholes, uneven surfaces, and overgrown vegetation. The bushes are extending into the driving path, and the area has not been mowed or maintained for quite some time.
As this is the City’s responsibility, I would greatly appreciate it if a crew could be dispatched to repair the potholes, level the alley, trim back the overgrowth, and mow the area to make it safe and accessible again.
Please let me know if you require any additional details or if there is a formal request process I should follow.

There is a deep drop-off from my property to get to the dumpster. I'm afraid of hurting .

nothing has been done to rectify this probkem! I sent a request in October of last year yet I have seen nothing . the holes are getting deeper and the sewer caps keep rising. Tire damage is inevitable. Please do something soon. A longer lasting fix would be nice

request the alley be resurfaced, grading issue and was told to get sand bags to help with water flooding into the address. Last resurfaced 2 months ago, since then the water runoff in the alley goes directly into the garage of this home and pools at the home. Believes it is an issue near the T section of the alley. Request CSR re-evaluate alley and a resurface

Thank you for attempting to repair the water ponding issue at the intersection of 5th St., North in the alley between 26th Ave. and 27th Ave., North. However, the Repair did not resolve the issue. Your team poured asphalt near the driveway of the home at 501 26th Ave North, but the water flows north and so the repair has even make the ponding worse.

The alley needs to be scraped so that it is even with fifth Street and then the curbing on both sides of the alley on fifth Street a at that intersection needs to be elevated so that water can properly drain North. From the naked eye, it looks like retention flows to the south, but it does not so the repair they made as I mentioned has even made matters worse. It has been sometime since the ally has been freshened up. Also, over time the dirt has built up surrounding the dumpster and appears to be causing the water to pool at the corner end of our parking slab. In addition, there appears to have been some dumping behind the dumpster (concrete and other trash debris) and the dumpster has inched its way further out into the ally way. Thank you kindly for your assistance.

I don't know why this is now closed and stated complete It is not You guys literally put dirt and moved on The alley was never resurfaced and remilled with asphalt like you stated you would This is the third time it's been closed out
