Surface collect water during rainfall then enters our garage entrance in alleyway

Crew was there but needs more gravel to fill in hole and grade away from garage structure please

Resident reported that potholes are presenting in the unpaved alley behind address noted. They requested alley condition review and maintenance

The alley is a hazard The ruts from storms and the garbage trucks make it hazardous to walk to garbage cans It floods during rain events and we have millings in our streets and storm drains The lack of quality grading is affecting personal driveways The city needs to properly address this - residents shouldn't have to submit work orders several times a year to have a functioning alley that drains appropriately

This is a 2nd request for alley behind 226 Palm Ln N to be graded as water is pooling at the end of our driveway and other spots in the alley. The pic is after a short 5 minute rainfall on 12/2/25.

Water in the alley doesn't flow down to the drain on 29th street so water is sitting in the alley and in a few of our backyards

Thank you for attempting to repair the water ponding issue at the intersection of 5th St., North in the alley between 26th Ave. and 27th Ave., North. However, the Repair did not resolve the issue. Your team poured asphalt near the driveway of the home at 501 26th Ave North, but the water flows north and so the repair has even make the ponding worse.

The alley needs to be scraped so that it is even with fifth Street and then the curbing on both sides of the alley on fifth Street a at that intersection needs to be elevated so that water can properly drain North. From the naked eye, it looks like retention flows to the south, but it does not so the repair they made as I mentioned has even made matters worse. Alleyway continues to wash out into street with every rain. Potholes along alleyway. Please resurface smooth out alleyway.

It has been sometime since the ally has been freshened up. Also, over time the dirt has built up surrounding the dumpster and appears to be causing the water to pool at the corner end of our parking slab. In addition, there appears to have been some dumping behind the dumpster (concrete and other trash debris) and the dumpster has inched its way further out into the ally way.
