Alley has a deep rut behind my house and Louise Graham Center I’ve lived here almost 10 years and the right has been getting deeper every year due to garbage and recycling trucks. Itt needs materi Added to it, no question! Also, the granite curb on the north side needs to be dug out from the groun and repositioned please! d city recycling and garbage trucks are constantly driving over it, pressing it into the ground and causing erosion City recycling trucks have also driven up onto my yard and created ruts where I have put lava rock to keep trucks from driving on my yard and creating ruts. I used to be able to parallel park on my parking pad and now my truck bottoms out before I can get up there I could use some survey equipment and probably figure that the Alley is 1 to 3ft foot deeper than the level of my art
  • 2325 3rd Ave N St Petersburg, FL, 33713, USA - Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association
The paved alley behind 3rd Ave N between 23rd and 24th slants markedly south and empties directly into backyard. The alley paving needs to be smoothed out, perhaps with a lip on sides, so rain events do not cause flooding of north facing backyards.
The silt now filling the pool is black and fine and does not filter out. Driveway Pavers (grey) are of the highest permeability available. Recent sewage line work appears to have made it worse. Please address this issue. Thank you

  • 844 46th Ave N St Petersburg, FL, 33703, USA - St. Petersburg
With five big houses constructed on 46th Avenue N, St Petersburg, the constant use of the alley road between 9th and 8th street by big heavy trucks has made the alley very uneven, the water drainage is poor and potholes had been created. It gets flooded during small rains and does not drain out into the storm water drainage. It is also difficult for small cars to pass thru. Please repair the alley road by filling up and resurfacing the road before the big rains come. This is an emergency request from a homeowner.

My neighbor hired a tree removal company and they tore up the alley behind my house. My parking is in the alley, but I have to park out front now because it's too much like off roading currently.
