    There is no lighting on this block - 1 Beach Drive/Bayfront Tower. I already tried the "request a light thing" on the Duke site and they told me to call them. I did and they explained that the city needs to put in a request/pay for it etc.

    Is this possible? Across the street, there is plenty of lighting. Also on the sides of the building, there are duke lights just not on the main block to the entrance of the building. Let me know if this is possible. Thanks for always getting back to me and answering my questions! :)

    virtually every day, i witness near miss after near miss because there is no delayed signal here for cars heading north from 102nd Ave or south from the opposite.

    most drivers assume the oncoming traffic is turning BUT some are not. and that's when things get dicey.

    and i saw that a serious accident occurred there on Friday involving 3 cars. ..
