    Full alley resurface with gravel needed. Dangerous potholes reported last year were filled with sand by city that washed away in a week. Now surface is considerably worse with deepening potholes and major cracking in what little asphalt remains. Heavily trafficked alley by multiple surrounding multi-family and a few single family homes.

    The Alley between 3rd Ave south and 2nd Ave south from 29th to 28th has seen better days. There are large divots that hold water during storms and the surface is almost undrivable.

    request the alley be resurfaced, grading issue and was told to get sand bags to help with water flooding into the address. Last resurfaced 2 months ago, since then the water runoff in the alley goes directly into the garage of this home and pools at the home. Believes it is an issue near the T section of the alley. Request CSR re-evaluate alley and a resurface

    Good afternoon! The're a couple divots and potholes in this back alley but the one we all really want repaired is the large one that always seems to collect water and hides a large drop that could potentially damage your vehicle or make someone bite their tounge abruptly. It would be so amazing if this got fixed asap before it starts raining more often and hiding this divot!

    The asphalt in the alley behind our home is completely destroyed. I believe you guys did some work in this area and tore it up but it hasn’t been fixed. Its a mess especially when it’s wet and we are tracking dirt into our garage and other neighbors have the same issue. The road is also very uneven and holes are forming. Please repair this asap.

    We have a shared alley way behind a few houses that dead ends that need new gravel or pavement as it’s now just dirt. It’s extremely dusty when cars drive down and we park in our garages. The dust goes airborne and into our garage and home.
