After hurricane Helene and Milton Two sink holes have formed in the alley there are hazard signs at both But cars can not go through nor the garbage tru is for pick up

requested alley condition review and maintenance.

The alley way is in great need of repair.

The Alley between 8th St. and 9th St. and 28th Ave n and 29th Ave n. Is extremely rutted and has pot holes running the entire length. May I please ask that someone be dispatched to grade the alley.

Large ditch has formed in the alley and is a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles.

Citizen called and stated the gravel alley is full of potholes from the storm and would like it regraded

Alley between 11th and 10th st N and between 26th and 28th ave N is riddled with potholes. Some have been here for a while; the storms exacerbated the existing one and made new ones. A grading would be much appreciated.

Many deep potholes and ruts Overdue for resurfacing

The alley grade is causing back-up and flooding along 3 houses on each side of the alley, it is not running off towards the drain as the center of the road has buckled up, forcing the water into the yards/driveways rather than directing it to the drain, not just from these storms but an ongoing issue anytime it rains. You have a block of run off, sitting here until it evaporates or breeds mosquitos as it is also stagnant once the rain stops. In this photo, from about a month ago, not after a storm, just summer rain the drain is actually behind me, you can see it is running from up the street then stops and is sitting and not running off, this water sat for several days. On the other side of these 3 houses toward the drain, the center of the road is not elevated from damage and that water runs off with no problems, I have videos of what it is like beyond these 3 houses and what it is like at these 3 if you would like them during normal rainfall. I could not see where to upload the videos here. You all re-graded the alley just south of us this summer, but stopped at ours.
