City of St. Petersburg PLUS

There is a large pot hole in the alley running parallel to 16th st. Between 22nd and 23rd Ave

I’ve noticed a broken spray head, right where my shadow is in the picture and the water puddles in the alley in the places where the alley is caving. One of the caves is pretty bad. The spot in the alley has been repaired before too. I think the broken sprinkler head needs to be fixed.

The alley is in severe disrepair. Most of the alley is unpaved and eroded from weather and vehicle traffic. The only paved portion of the alley is for commercial businesses near 4th St N.

The city recently came through with a plow to flatten and resurface the alley between 3rd, 4th Ave N, near 74th St N. It is total dirt and sand. Several of us access our driveway via this alley, and it is a DUST BOWL when we drive in, even slowly. The dust goes everywhere- near homes. and of course, the car is forever dusty. Also, they did not correctly repair the pothole near 74th St N and the alley. The alley needs gravel, or some form of paving.

Duke energy cut a square out in the alley about 6 months ago. The patch failed and there is a 1 ft square hole in the alley. I have covered it with dirt and a paver to prevent injuries and car damage.

Paved alley between 1st St North and Coffee Pot Blvd NE (south side) has become broken and rutted from weather and heavy vehicle traffic.

Several very large, deep potholes in the alley. One by the city installed brick entrance to the alley which is starting to deteriorate. Few years ago the city used millings to level the alley but its now all gone. Please fix the potholes and even out the alley with millings (helps with the dust - family member has extreme allergies that are exacerbate by the dust coming from the alley).
