    The alley way between 1st and 2nd ave south is littered with a significant amount of glass and construction trash (nails, screws, etc..) that is in the sand. I started picking up the glass myself and came to the realization that it just too much to do manually. I park in the back via the alley way and am very concerned of puncturing a tire.

    Whenever it rains (even a little) the alley fills up with water directly behind our garage entrance. It is a muddy mess for several days for everyone who uses the alley including ourselves as we come and go.

    The area is extremely unlevel with large potholes, and it is an unsafe walking area. I am afraid that as a senior I may fall or trip when walking my dog in my alleyway.
