Traffic Light dangling from storm needs to be fixed

Traffic light timing has been intentionally changed to create traffic issues for Park St. 2 minutes of green for Central and only 30 sec for Park! That's pathetic and corrupt. Many people are now running the red due to it taking so long to change. Whoever keeps changing the timing to benefit either themselves or their family needs to be fired. Park St now backs up so far (44 cars just now) that it took TWO CYCLES to make it through, meanwhile cars are the other side of Treasure Island have all day. That is completely unacceptable. I've written this up multiple times now and the next steps will be taken if it is not solved quickly. Trust me, you want this to go up the chain instead of it coming down. We all know what runs downhill. You have 5 days to fix this before we act.

Light stuck on 16 seconds regardless if lights are green or red. A huge issue with pedestrians three people almost hit

The pole with the button for the crosswalk and lights on the south side of the crosswalk was damaged and removed earlier today so it seems that the city is aware of the issue. My main concern is that the north side’s pole is defective and when the button is pressed it makes an audible beep giving pedestrians a false sense that the lights have been activated even if they have not. This issue is a hazard to pedestrians since cars will not be signaled to slow down for the crosswalk by the lights, though the pedestrian might still be under the false impression that the lights have been activated and the cars will slow down.

Large tree branch fallen blocking flow of water and likely to cause flooding during next storm if not removed.

there's a live oak tree, about 12" diameter, directly in front of the residence, between the street and the sidewalk that is leaning quite heavily over the street. The large root on the house side of the tree has severely upheaved the sidewalk. If the root was pruned so sidewalk could be repaired, the tree would probably present a hazard of falling into the street, even with pruning to balance the canopy.
Thinking the tree needs to be removed.
Requesting tree removal and sidewalk repair.

There is a couple trees on the opposite side of my fence in the stormwater excess area that are leaning on my fence causing damage.
