The potholes are back

The ally is over grown and no one but me takes care of it I broken my leg. Can we please just pave it like you did on north side??? .

City garbage and recycling trucks stop to get items and dig a rut in the soft dirt alley behind our home. The city agreed in the past that the dust from this also drifts into the pre school adjacent to the alley why 3 year old darlings play. This is a disgrace for a properties with $14,000+ annual tax. Please lay down gravel or replace dirt with ashphalt .

The alley behind this address, east of 3rd St North needs to be at least graded. At one time I believe millings were put down but that has worn off. There are numerous depressions and at the entrance off of 3rd St there is major erosion that holds water whenever it rains and creates a mosquito haven. This alley gets traffic from the NE Little League parking.

The whole alley behind 604 28th Ave n is completely full of holes and rutts. One of the sewer clean outs has been washed out by the water, and cars are hitting it. You can see in the picture the black substance from the tires. One of the pictures I uploaded is an alley that was done 4 days ago. Can this be done in this alley? Not just scrape it and leave. Bring in millings and compact it. Thank you

Alleyway on both East and West Sides have deep holes exposing shell and washing millings into both 29th Street S and 30th Street S into catch basin at 22nd Ave S and 30th Street S affecting run off/drainage. Entrance/Egress on 29th Street S city has placed "sandbags" into paved "rut" preventing cars from using this side of the alley without potential damage to vehicles which are lower to the ground. Every rain event alleyway millings are washed into 2110 30th St S and adjoining driveways in the alleyway which force rainwater into garages which the homeowner must mitigate. Engineering/Payment did a study some 10 years ago indicating a need for 6-11 degree grade from alleyway "T" to prevent such from happening and has never been properly graded . This is the 4th request for this issue to be corrected.

Photo is taken from previous block showing difference in surface quality. Our alley is uneven, two track w no gravel, just sand compared to all others in area. Alley area in question is between 11th and 10th between 42nd and 41st - that entire block not just addresss selected.

City repaved a portion of this alley for a new sewer connection but area adjacent behind new garage now pools water now and needs paved Pot hole and pavement broken as well

The ends of the back alley have been so degraded over time the curbs stick out so bad it's not good for cars using the alley on a daily basis.
