City of St. Petersburg PLUS

I live across from the Debris Management Site in the old Raytheon lot. All of the mulching that is taking place is making all the mulch dust airborne. I can see and feel the mulch dust in the air and it makes it hard to breath and also gets stuck in eyes. The smell of the mulch is also very strong.

The dirt and mulch dust is staining my pool pavers, vinyl fence, bottom of pool, staining the white frames of my windows, etc. It is a huge mess and I am having to spray my fence, pool pavers, windows, etc everyday to try and keep them clean - my water bill is going to astronomical because of this.

I understand we went through two hurricanes and and have a lot of debris to mulch - but it's been going non-stop for almost 3 to 4 weeks and it's not fair for everyone that lives around the debris site to have to deal all of the mulch dust in the air and have it ruin our property. I am very grateful I have a habitable house after the hurricanes - but constant mulching and airborne mulch dust is causing significant staining damage to my property and I'm sure to all houses around the debris site.

I hope the city has a plan to remedy this issue.

Need alley reworked after canopy home construction left many pot holes, rutting and silt due poor site management. Alley is located in between Jackson Street North and 11th Street north and between 34 th avenue north and 32 nd Ave north. Thank you

The alley behind 17th Ave N between 12th St N and 14th St N is in desperate need of repavement There are several potholes throughout the alley The rocks and stones clog the sewer drains during bad storms and caused flooding during the hurricanes

Alley needs to be re-paved. The middle of the alley is constantly full of water from sprinkler systems that overspray into parking lots and runoff into the alley overnight. It is full of mosquito larvae and the potholes in it are so big that I don’t drive through them anymore. I can’t walk down the alley next to my house without stepping in water. Please repair this the right way and fix the drainage problem, it needs more than an asphalt patch. Thank you

Alley behind 3960 12th st north needs to be leveled and have an apron/transistion installed from alley to driveway as it leads to this address. Current tree roots and steep transition are damaging vehicles as they make the transition

has become a well traversed roadway and cut through coming up from Bay Street to 1st street between 12th & 13th Avenues.
Not only for residential cars and sanitation, but for construction workers, demolishing and building new homes. This heavy traffic has destroyed the leveled alley and thus creates dirt dust clouds.
This dirt and small stones are flying up on mine and my neighbors homes. I am here 8 years and for the past 3-4 years I cannot open my house and garage windows or doors for any length of time, because of the amount of through traffic.
It is far worse now that Duke Energy put replacement poles in ground, and a craftsman cottage was demolished 2 months ago!
I can give more examples, but I believe you understand what has happened here.

The alley that goes North and South in between 20th ave and 21st ave South and in between 3rd and 4th street south has been getting constantly worse with major potholes and very uneven roads. It looks like this has been patched sometime before but did not fix the issue. There is water and trash consistently being held in the holes, and again, it has gotten much worse very quickly and seems like it will continue to do so. People already speed through this alley have heard many people bottom out. My ask is to fix the asphalt and add a small speedbump.

Sidewalk is a trip Hazzard and Needs repair. City owned?
