City of St. Petersburg PLUS

Jasmine Terrace at the 800 block is nothing but potholes. Despite the city's efforts to alleviate the problem by filling the holes in with the material that exists in the location, the surface quickly deteriorates in just a couple weeks time, the material is pushed out of the holes, and the roadway becomes the rutted profile that it is without the material masking the problem. I'm not legally allowed to park my commercial vehicle on the roadway where I live, I have to use what seems like a backwoods trail to come and go to my home, and it is damaging my vehicle, and I'm sure it is damaging the city's vehicles that have to use this "roadway" for services.

I have been here for three years and have only heard a rumor that the roadway will be paved… But, the city only comes out and flattens it with machinery... I witnessed that this process is a waste of time and the taxpayers money since the problem reoccurs too quickly. Over the amount of times that this process has been used, I'm sure that paving it once would have alleviated it.

There are holes all up and down the alley behind 5th Ave N between 66th and 67th St

Deep potholes and ruts in this unpaved alley. please fill/even out

2 large potholes have gotten much worse recently. one is between the broken utility panel and the dumpster and one is a little closer to 4th st. they're usually filled with several gallons of filthy water. please address this asap before the rainy season. thanks

Disabled resident is requesting alley condition review and maintenance.

There is no way this repair is complete from water not draining from the newly paved alley. Will this be fixed? Wow 🤦

Our alley driveway has eroded because our neighbor built a fence that pushes the trash out in the alley way causing people to drive in our property. He also frequently leaves trash in the alleyway causing people to have to drive more into our property.

The alley in general needs resurfacing but this particular spot is a crater. An obvious result of trash pick up.

This alley is heavily used for access to our driveway, but it has become increasingly difficult to navigate due to numerous potholes, uneven surfaces, and overgrown vegetation. The bushes are extending into the driving path, and the area has not been mowed or maintained for quite some time.
As this is the City’s responsibility, I would greatly appreciate it if a crew could be dispatched to repair the potholes, level the alley, trim back the overgrowth, and mow the area to make it safe and accessible again.
Please let me know if you require any additional details or if there is a formal request process I should follow.

Significant drainage issues in back alley leading to standing water every time it rains.

The dirt alley needs to to be resurfaced to fill the many pot holes and level out the grade of the alley before the rains start. The alley floods and has standing water entering the driveways into the homes of this location. This has always been a problem for many years. Thank you, Fred Ryder
