    The light on 5th Ave N and 69th St cycles constantly to at least 10pm. There is almost no traffic at SPC after 6pm. The sensors are probably not functioning for the two sides. Please fix.

    38th Ave N. West bound left turn arrow now facing 39th Ave traffic. The signal was turned about 70 degrees during the storm Milton. 39th Ave. traffic can interpret the "proceed with caution" arrow by mistake. Serious safety issue!

    The overhead left turn traffic signal is OUT.
    I was driving East on Pinellas Point Drive South, and at MLK Jr. Blvd, the left turn light is out, and the housing for that light looks partially broken off. The light for traffic continuing straight ahead (east) at that intersection is fine.
