City of St. Petersburg PLUS

Crosswalk signals on both sides of 58th St S at 7th Ave S have not worked since the hurricanes. Students and others have to walk into traffic to cross the roadway as motorists will not stop or slow down.

Please address an unsafe traffic light at the intersection of 28th St N and 38th Ave N. There is an issue with the left turn arrow when traveling northbound on 28th and turning left onto 38th. I have driven the route daily for years with no issue, but in the last month I have felt unsafe twice because the arrow changes from green immediately to red without turning yellow. I had to stop abruptly today because of this and was very close to getting rear ended. Southbound traffic gets a green light very quickly after the turn arrow changes and it will eventually result in an accident.

Traffic signal on 38th Ave timing has changed to be extremely short and causes extreme backups.

With recent addition of bike lane on 8th st the right lane of traffic ends at 4th Ave. Turn Only alert needs to be painted on roadway. Four lanes of traffic suddenly narrows to 2 lanes due to I-275 entry and bike lane at the 8th Street and 4th Avenue intersection. Addition of signage alerting drivers to lane ending would increase pedestrian and bicycle safety in this area.

The left Green traffic light is out going west on 54th Ave N.

The signals to turn left need to be blinking yellow again instead of completely red. It doesn't make any sense. People shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes just to make a left turn when there's no oncoming traffic? I mean I understand if it's during peak hours, but not all the time. I have seen countless times where drivers just turn on red light because they don't want to wait forever, and others drive past the streetlight to make a U-turn. It needs to be reverted already for christ's sake.

Is there a way the traffic on Ulmerton Road can have a red light while the traffic that has to merge onto Ulmerton from Roosevelt has a green light for a few moments at least With both lights turning red and green at the same times there's a lot of traffic congestion while vehicles are trying to merge left to get out of the exit lanes on the right (which are the Roosevelt lanes) I've seen a lot of accidents almost happen just west of this light o

The green left turning lights going into the Raymond James complex are not showing at all. It normally shows 2 green lights for turning left (coming from the Howard Frankland bridge) but yesterday and today, the lights were not showing at all.

Crosswalk sign does not work, lights do not activate. Pedestrians almost getting run over

2 issues:
1) Left-most SB Tyrone Blvd left turn traffic signal twisted to the right
2) Part of 5-sec backplate missing around red indication on WB 38th St N
