Barbara called and stated her daughters driveway has a sinkhole and would like someone to come and check it out

Constant water flow from culver for at least 3 days. No rain. Culver is on canal side between 1935 Iowa Ave NE and 1929 Iowa Ave NE.
I checked my water meter (1935 Iowa Ave NE) and neighbors meter (1929 Iowa Ave NE) both meters were steady, not leaking. I believe there is a leak with reclaimed water. Not sure if it’s 1935 (me) or neighbor 1929.

Frontier did work at location breaking city water pipes. Repairs have been made. Now opposite side of driveway is starting to have cave in.

Alley between 46th and 45th St N has multiple potholes that need to be filled with asphalt.

Major car damaging dips in the road

Alley bricks are caving in. This is the third cave in on this alley. The sewer drain must be compromised.

City dug out grass & added new sewer drain. Grass has not grown back & now theres an area sinking...
