This is the third ticket I've opened since June-the other two have been closed or archived (ticket 17709006 and ticket 16871076). The most recent ticket said to reference a different neighbor's ticket (17943674) for updates, and when I did, that ticket was also closed.
We have had ongoing flooding and water backup issues in our alley which have gotten progressively worse over the last year due to the alley pavement becoming extremely raised and bumpy. During the hurricanes, my garage got 6" of water in it because of the alley grade sloping water right at my garage. My surrounding neighbors also had flooding due to this issue. The last ticket I opened was closed/archived and said that it will be dealt with in 1-1.5 YEARS, which is completely unacceptable. This photo is from the small amount of rain we had today-any amount of rain now floods half of my driveway and the water sits there for days. I have already paid to have my own driveway repaved and sloped as best as possible to help minimize this, but it does very little with how raised the alley has become. Please prioritize this and reach out to me for any additional photos or information- I am very concerned about next year's hurricane season and potential flooding if this is not addressed beforehand. Thank you.

This Al becomes very muddy during rainy weather in the center is beginning to get higher. Hoping through the revitalization of South Saint Pete that we could get this alley resurfaced which will also help with rain runoff.

Every time there is a heavy rainstorm my back yard floods. This is also an issue with my immediate neighbors. The manhole is situated too high for the stormwater to drain from our yards. The city was contacted before by my neighbor about this issue. They did some type of repairs to the alley, but it did not resolve the issue.

Need alley reworked after canopy home construction left many pot holes, rutting and silt due poor site management. Alley is located in between Jackson Street North and 11th Street north and between 34 th avenue north and 32 nd Ave north. Thank you
