City of St. Petersburg PLUS

Water meter is frozen, there is a leak in a line and we called a plumber to fix it. He informed us that the house does not have a shutoff valve outside of the water meter. He tried to shut off the water at the meter and told us it was frozen. He cannot make the repair until the water meter is replaced - we would like to request it replaced, and that the water service remain on outside of the repair/replacement.

There appears to be a water leak from the meter at this location.

The damaged standpipe was repaired recently after being hit by a vehicle, but there’s still water bubbling up from the grass in the island and running down the storm drain. It’s been 3-4 days now.

Soon it will be a YEAR since Duke pushed a large wooden utility pole into the ground at this corner, and cracked a POTABLE WATER line which has been leaking ever since. We've reported it multiple times and you've come and looked at it, dug it up, confirmed it and then left it to leak and the leak is growing every day running down the sewer drain right at the pole. THANKS FOR STOPPING THE WASTED WATER.
