    Storm water leakage in several places on my line per city crew several weeks ago adding new covers. Their supervisor said would report/fix -danger of someone falling in the drop as well. If you fixed leaks, plz replace soil/sod. Issue on other side of driveway as well. If this issue was not addresses, please put the leakage on your repair schedule. Thank you. .In 2017 city camped out in my yard for wks working on storm water issues for out neighborhood. They seem to have recurred.

    Pavement sinking significantly near manhole. It became more noticeable after all the rain this year. This has been patched before. Concerned it will become dangerous if not already.

    The city added a sewer cleanout on my sewer line, which is located on my driveway. And the clean-out cap is now collapsing. And the driveway pavers are also collapsing. I'm afraid to drive anywhere near this as it may collapse and my car may end up in the area.

    This area in the yard has gotten low and due to the storm drains not working well, I’d like for the city to check to make sure the drains don’t have holes causing it to sink.
