    It has been sometime since the ally has been freshened up. Also, over time the dirt has built up surrounding the dumpster and appears to be causing the water to pool at the corner end of our parking slab. In addition, there appears to have been some dumping behind the dumpster (concrete and other trash debris) and the dumpster has inched its way further out into the ally way.     We were supposed to get the same improvements (millings) as the alley across from ours on 24th street but instead it was just filled with dirt again
    Heavy rain and washes the dirt away with days
