    The Bridge has cracks, it is deteriorating, it is not looking good. Through the many years of its existence, it has been repaired. Neighbors from Eden Isle clear the growth have repainted it and now recently have pressure washed it in hopes to repaint it.

    under many (but not all) bridges and overpasses sometimes the city or county will erect a fence for who knows what reasons. Perhaps because of so many calls complaining about a homeless person sleeping. However these fences are essentially non-effective if indeed they are put up to keep a homeless person out. Any person can easily circumnavigate a fence. Also while one bridge area may have a fence under it directly across the street or even down the road the bridge will not have a fence under it. Also these fences cause extra and increased difficulty with maintaining the area. Also they look bad.

    The ditch is eroding and need to be addressed before we have any more heavy rains. The bridge on 62nd St is cracking from flood damage. The maintenance crews could barely get the equipment back there to mow and clean the canal.

    On Friday (2026-01-02) Mr. Michael Perry Closed a prior SCF BGA issue from 2025-12-14 without any posted water quality testing results and no toxin testing results. Yesterday and today (2) additional BGA blooms (see photos) resurfaced and were documented at the Harbor Isle Lake – Southern Lobe each lasting at least several hours. This repetition of intermittent BGA blooms has reoccurred over the last several months (since late of August 2025 until today).

    Where are the November and December City monthly water quality testing reports with toxin results?

    As quoted from Final September 2023 City contractor Stantec’s Harbor Isle Lake Management Plan - Section 5.4 Monitoring Plan Public Record: “Stantec recommends that the City continue the current monitoring regime for TN, TP, chlorophyll-a, cyanobacteria, and cyanotoxins measurements. The current schedule is monthly grab samples at three locations within the lake, south lobe, center, and the northwest lobe.”

    Why has the City not followed their contractor’s own recommendations concerning cyanotoxin testing results that have not been collected for more than 2.5 years by Mr. Michael Perry – Lake Manager?

    In addition halt the abusive, harassing, libelous and bullying Comments and Closures of valid City requested SPTO Services by unqualified User: HarborIsleWeather immediately.

    When turning right onto Tyrone from Winchester, the crepe myrtles and high grass between tyrone and the frontage road make it hard to see oncoming traffic. Multiple accidents in the last at this intersection.
    Cars have to cross and block the frontage road to get proper visibility to pull onto tyrone. Which causes issues on frontage road.

    There is a large amount of fallen branches, trees, hurricane fences and even a dam preventing water from flowing thru the draining ditches, thus threatening to flood (again) the residents of Meadow Lawn subdivision. I reported this problem yesterday to "Jaime" and was told ticket # 19846836. 5 minutes later I was told that ticket was cancelled because this issue is already on the desk of "Larry Stevens" the foreman of scheduling at 727 892 5219. Called, left message, waiting to hear back.
