Dispatch stated a catch basin lid is off - builders in area put pallet over it for safety

I called after Debbie rolled through to report a blocked drainage system next to my home Caio g the street to flood No one came out but I tried my best to pressure wash as much as I could This needs to be professionally done as I old only clean out the mud (3x3x3 feet of it) but I think the pipe system itself is blocked Thank you!

Top of Storm drain on Central Ave is broken

Resident reported that there is constant water in front of his home, seems to be not flowing into the catch basin/storm drain and that it may be obstructed or clogged. They requested review and clearing of the line.

This story water catch drain has been gaping and broken for many months if not years. 34th Ave and 60th St N.
Storm drain tube within is also too small - should be upgraded and resized to better accommodate heavy rains.

Is there a plan to fix this? Thank you.

Resident called to report that the storm drain may be obstructed or clogged at the intersection noted. She stated we have done a fine job at clearing them in the area, but this one seems to be clogged, and water is not draining properly. She is requesting review and clearing of the line.
