    Drivers often park their cars too close to the intersection of 3rd Ave S and 23rd St S, which further impedes visibility for this intersection that already has poor visibility. The problem is most common on the north-west part of this intersection (23rd St just north of 3rd Ave S). Could you please install no parking signs at the appropriate distance from the intersection to improve daylighting?

    We have been told over the last two years crosswalks would be installed in the summer. The summers have gone, no crosswalks and you folks didn't keep your word. Sad.. So rather than continue to dodge speeding cars while attempting to cross how about "splurging" and keep a speeding monitor anchored on 4th St. S to help slow down the speeding drivers while crossing the road?

    Dangerous intersection with people using the right lane to turn onto 4th Street North. The lane has slash marks in it to tell people not to turn but they turn while kids are trying to go across the street. Having delineator post blocking that from being a right turn lane would be very beneficial in keeping kids safe walking two and from school

    Traffic is being delayed by the 45 second pedestrian signal for the north/south crosswalk being activated without pedestrians in the area. Either the mechanical button is stuck on or the PLC needs reprogramming.

    Traveling South on MLK towards 30th ave N the right lane becomes a "right turn only onto 30th ave N going east" had many white arrows on road as approaching. These arrows are barely visible need to be redone & a recommendation of a few plastic dividers go up since many cars still using this lane to go straight on mlk or switch over last minute causing a hazard at this light. However we need these arrows on road since most don't see or read signs.
