    I am requesting inspection and repair of the alley serving my property. The alley surface is composed of asphalt millings and has deteriorated significantly. There are deep ruts along the primary tire paths, loose and uneven aggregate, and multiple potholes. The transition area where the millings meet the paved section is especially eroded and uneven.

    The depth of the grooves and depressions makes normal vehicle access difficult and increases the risk of undercarriage and suspension damage. The surface is unstable, and vehicles are forced to navigate around ruts and potholes to avoid impact. This alley is the only access point to my driveway and garage, and there is no alternative route.

    The current condition presents a safety and property access concern for residents, guests, delivery vehicles, and emergency services. I respectfully request that the alley be inspected and regraded or resurfaced as needed to restore a reasonably level and passable condition.
