The alley needs urgent attention. A 25-foot section is the only part that consistently collects water due to improper grading and lack of gravel. This pooling water causes vehicles—whether moving slowly or quickly—to splash water onto my property and garage area, leading to flooding inside the garage. Please inspect the area and determine the appropriate next steps to ensure proper grading. Thank you

There alley is flooded

The north end of the alley on 31st and Arthur has a massive hole. It's on 31st street.

Theres an error with photo up load but behind our house is Lake Arthur which caused mud and mosquito problems for us and our neighbors. Additionally 2 houses north there's a pot hole with exposed rebar. Thanks for fixing!
