    This is a response to the closed ticket - 15007879. The landscaper did not add any sprinkler heads and the only reason the lawn is no longer dead is because we used a sprinkler from our hose to keep the grass alive. This ticket was closed without resolution as stated. Please see the archived ticket to see photos. One sprinkler needs to be added, one needs to be moved and one needs to be adjusted, none of those fixes happened as stated. Would appreciate if someone would come to my home and speak to me.
