There are multiple doubled utility poles throughout Somerville. This one is down street from my house. This is against state law, but nothing seems to ever be done. I have a chainsaw, can I just cut it down myself? Start fining them $500 a day, and maybe they'll do something about it. -

State law requires utility companies to remove a double utility pole within 90 days. This one has been there for at least a year and I think it's been a few years now.
I cannot find an address for this location on either Google Maps or the city assessors maps. The location is on Harding between Ward and South and closer to South. This is a very short block with only 4 poles, so finding the offending pole should be very easy.
