This section of the community path is flooded. It floods every time it rains, and has for years. To avoid the water you need to walk up on a steep slope with lots of roots. It's completely impassable for wheelchairs and strollers. In the winter it turns to a sheet of ice. It's a pretty serious hazard; I don't know why it's never been fixed.

Whenever it rains this becomes a lake.

The light at this crosswalk rarely actually stops cars. While typing this, two cars have run the red light. Maybe put a strobe on the red light, or just install a yellow pedestrian yield sign that flashes??

The new connection to the Community Path at the elbow of Warwick St is great to have!

We really should have a curb cut there for mobility impaired people's use. The nearest one is quite a ways up Warwick St. and isn't really practical.

Crosswalk push button needs to be secured on the base. It is wobbly and unattached. Also, crosswalk flashing sign needs to be turned to face across the street. Both signs are pointed same direction.

When is the construction for the newly installed accessibility ramps going to finished? At this location, the storm drain is still a raised structure.

Bike path flooded, does not drain properly, causing huge build up of mud, making the bike path inaccessible

Music toy built into play structure has a broken screw - it's loose and the bottom is sharp.
