    Sign is unreadable and needs to be replaced. It is a useful sign pointing people to how to walk the waterfront trail, so should not just be removed. The part on the side that is readable indicates it is a city sign

    This is a picture of several chain link sections that Messenger House most likely thrown over the slope, onto COBI ROW, just off the south parking area, easterly parking section, over the west end. Refer to Issue ID: 9621550. Please look over the westerly earth slope and you will see the orange survey tape I placed close to these fence sections today. Fence sections are very much there, per picture... thank you. Sorry no prior pic. for reference.

    This is the third time I am writing about this issue.
    See #15026257 from Aug, 2023 and #15026257 from 2/2024.
    The intersection of Grow and High School Road is still reliably blocked for cars turning west from Grow Ave during the morning while students arrive at school. Eastbound High School Road traffic drives right up to the crosswalk as pedestrians cross and are stopped right in front of the northbound traffic trying to turn left on to HSR. Today as I waited, four vehicles stopped in front of the traffic trying to get on with their day including a full-size Kitsap Transit bus. The modest 'Keep Intersection Clear' sign has no effect on traffic, including professional bus drivers and I have seen no police presence at the intersection.
    Please Paint Don't Block The Box at this intersection. Everyone knows what this means.

    We need a four-way stop at the intersection of Valley and Sunrise You can’t tell in this picture, but there is a sedan approaching the intersection behind the white Tesla. It’s impossible to see traffic approaching from the left. I can't count the number of times I've almost been in an accident at this intersection Just to get a clear view I have to inch up into the intersection to thepoint that the cross traffic stops and lets me go Please put up stop signs Everyone would appreciate it

    Springridge Rd NE, between Wild Cherry LN and Fletcher Bay Rd has had serious drainage issues for years
    It has been reported here in 21, 22, and again in April of 23, and it has not yet been addressed
    Please fix this issue before the rains return and somebody gets hurt

    for a handful of years now there have been numerous complaints about the drainage along springridge Road. I've yet to see anything other than mowing being done to remedy the situation. currently the rains are eroding the sides of the road and bringing large amounts of gravel and other sediment, carrying it from around Mitchell Lane all the way to the intersection of springridge Road and Fletcher Bay Road, then continuing down Fletcher Bay Road to the bottom where it crosses over the salmon stream.

    when freezing temperatures hit the amount of water that crosses over the roadway causes hazardous conditions, and now with the concerted effort to repair and rehabilitate the Salmon stream, having this sediment preventing proper water flow and bringing sediment down to this area is problematic. drainage pipes need to be installed under driveways along spring ridge Road and Fletcher Bay Road so that the water doesn't cross over these gravel driveways and carrying all the sediment down.
