home grass needs cut

I wanted to see about how to get better/brighter street lights on my block. The surrounding blocks did get new ones and I was waiting to see if my block was going to as well.
Unfortunately my car has been broken into twice and I know brighter lights will help that too. Thank you very much

Hi this is for city council we are new to Hammond and our background is we are a Indian family. We wonder if Hindu and Muslim prayers can be said before city council meetings as well since there is many other faiths then Christians in Hammond with the diversity. We greatly appreciate if you can consider this for future meetings to include all faiths in Hammond.
