City of Hammond PLUS

I'm not sure that I could be more disappointed in the lack of effort put in to the maintenance of School City of Hammond properties They are all eye sores The landscaping is very rarely maintained and their lawns are atrocious Jefferson Elementary was a cornerstone of the community and now the dandelions have overtaken the lawn and the trees are unmaintained SCH properties are deplorable and should be cited by the City How do we continue to progress when our hands are tied by such an entity that doesn't have standards?! Maybe those SCH employees should be required to have a "stake" in the community

How can we get the apartment owner to get these weeds under control? Obviously this app isn't working Who can i call? It's like this all over the property

Once again! Weeds are over six inches high.

No one has been seen at 7405 Alexander for the last month. Previously it looked like they were running some sort of a child care out of the house and when this pandemic started everyone left. Grass is starting to look bad especially in the alley. Second, 7344 Marshall has a mattress and several large items that have been behind the garage for approximately one month. Thank you.

The patch of land to the side of me, also listed as 817 Lyons St has overgrown weeds in the alley that will not allow me to get to my property I have twice cut down thick weed trees so it will not be.like the one grown by City Hall (what a 32 yr old weed that grew into a tree looks like I look at it everyday and wonder who else to contact
Anyway I got a notice and 10 days to cut weeds along back fence I did, they didnt The next door weeds overtook what I cut and I was out last week cuting and could not even get to the edge of my fence becuz the weeds were too much to even see what I was doing I dont have money to get it done so I will do it myself.if only I could just see what Im cutting down They are wrapped all around the utility poles up and down HELP
