    The entire side of my block is without street lighting, creating an excessively dark atmosphere that compromises my sense of safety when attempting to return to my car.

    Light out in alley behind house Realize this is a NIPSCO pole but there site will not accept an outage report Please pass this along to them
    This is most certainly a safety issue as this is the only light in that alley

    PLEASE address the lighting at Optimist Park.

    The Hessville Little League had a game yesterday evening. The parking lot was dimly light - almost totally dark. As our children were playing, some individuals came into the parking lot and began trying to open cars and nearly into cars.
    A teenager was sitting in one of the cars to get out of the cool air. And had the presence of mind to call her father, a law enforcement officer. By the time he ran from the bleachers, the individuals ran and got into a black late-model Impala.

    Maybe maybe if the parking lot had better lighting, these individuals would not have attempted to bother the parked cars. This is a safety issue for our community.

    What happened to the colorful lights that use to be all over this bridge and look awesome at night hasn't worked in like a year very sad a nice designed bridge but the lights don't work
