    The house at 4815 catalpa has a total of 8 vehicles. One has been parked infront of my house for over 2 months and has not moved. I have only one vehicle and I have to park all the way down the street. I have a newborn and I get home late. So I have to park about 5 houses down due to no parking. I understand that the street is public property but this is very inconsiderate And the neighbors on the other side park spaced out purposely so no one can park infront or behind them. All I'm asking is to be able to fit one car In front or even around the front of my house. Is there anything that can be done ?

    This vehicle has been parked in a vacant lot next door to 1140 Highland st since last fall with a tarp covering the vehicle with only the chrome wheels exposed On a windy day the Illinois plates were revealed plate # , DR 64632 it has since been recovered. This vehicle is either abandoned or somebody near by is violating our 90 day Indiana license plate laws.
