    Some pump water is being pumped out into the alley then it puddles up on my property sub pump waters supposed to be pumped into the yard of the property that it comes from pumped out onto the neighbors property. We asked the neighbors to do something about this politely years ago then the water that came out frozen into a big patch and my mom fell taking out the garbage that was the last straw. This has been going on for years. Please get this handled.     The 7300/7400 block of Missouri avenue, which is a dead end street, and has 10 acres of wooded lots to the West side, is in need of another drain tile as well as a new sidewalk, and desperately needs new lighting. During rainfalls we have standing water, the sidewalks are damaged badly, they haven't been replaced in over 26 years, and a dead end street is very dark and is in desperate need of new lighting that other streets have received. We recently had bad people go through our vehicles late at night, we've had a few break-ins over the years in both houses and garages. Lights deter these types of people. I believe we are in the 5th district please inform our councilman
