Hammond Truck Parking is drawing all the semis down Michigan St. from Calumet to Indy. I spoke with a HPD officer today about the trucks (he said he ticketed 3 so far today) and I mentioned this business but he said they can't do anything because it's in EC. This is incorrect. The south side of Michigan to the east of the curve is in Hammond. You can tell by the signage. (Michigan is Hammond, Carrol is EC.) How is this nuisance business operating in the city on a non-truck route?

Long time hoarders. Back yard is completly full junk and then some. Moved the broken van into back yard yet have 2 car garage.

Got to have animals living in that mess after all these years. Bet inside of house is the same much less garage they appear not be able to use.
