a mattress is laying behind 7612 birch not sure of the house number but it's in the alley between walnut and birch. by the empty lot the item .

Neighbor renter brought his 3/4 semi work truck on the driveway and tore down our overhead cable/internet line.
Also, you have two cars with Illinois plates that have not been registered in Indiana. This was the subject of another complaint that is over 300 days old.
Lastly, this house has two non-running, oil-leaking junk cars that are leaking oil onto their driveway and running into my yard.
These issues have been reported multiple times and still have not been resolved.

Stray cats were living in crawl space and the area smell like cat urine and feces. No one should be occupying this home. Did it pass the inspection? I'm sure there are violation inside the home like the ceiling is starting to cave in. Mold is in the garage.

7305 Kennedy Ave. GO LOW gas station dumpster is over flowing and needs to pickup all the trash on there property .

This needs to be removed asap. Who ever cut down the branches just left it there and that's not a trash spot. Now it's flying around and getting in the way
