Sidewalk uneven/tripping hazard

7 squares of the main sidewalk are completely broken. Need repair as soon as possible.

My baby fall on sidewalk riding they bike hurt they knees pretty bad

Northwest Movers Inc. backed up over the curb and damaged the sidewalk! We, at 7631 Golfway witnessed this happening.

Tree is causing the sidewalk to lift up and causing the planter box to lift as well. Can we remove the tree or does the city have to?

The tree roots from this tree has lifted this section of the sidewalk in the last week. I'm afraid this will get worse if the tree is not removed. I would hate to see the tree removed but it is starting to cause irreversible damage.

There are two spots on Alexander where the sidewalk it damaged/broken. While attending the Veterans Day parade, an elderly man almost tripped trying to get to the parade route.
