Garbage

Renters living on this property, in the main house and the back carriage house, are leaving garbage bags left in the alley: wildlife keep tearing open the bags and it leaves unsightly messes on the alley.

Additionally, more garbage, such as pizza containers and more, have been left on the back porch and have not been cleaned up for over 6 months. Garbage continues to be sprawled out throughout the yard and never cleaned up, leaving the yard unsightly. Renters are not cleaning up after themselves.

Additionally, with cars passing through the alley, drivers run over the sprawled-out garbage and creating more messes that is spreading down the alley, then onto our property (we live next door), where we have to constantly clean up after them.

The renters are, also, not closing the lids of the garbage cans where high winds woosh the garbage around, as well as the passing cars in the alley are knocking into the cans. This creates more messes as the garbage gets dumped in the alley more, and down the wind tunnel of their yard to our property. Garbage cans are sprawled out thoroughout the alley and property, and the garbage lids are constantly left open.

Also, one of the recycling cans in the alley of 20 Carroll Street has been upside down for over a year and the lid has been runned over several times to where it is now broken apart.

We are here to get along with our neighbors as we are homeowners for nearly 30 years, but these renters, who come and go frequently, are a problem with disrespecting our property, as well as the correct and simple way to handle garbage. Thank you.

House being remodeled. No permit pulled by new owner.

This is second documentation of our renter neighbor, Chris, who lives at 20 Carroll Street (at the carriage house in back), who is willfully throwing more garbage on our property.

In my previous ticket/issue written earlier today, (#18005412 and #18005515), we were previously told that Chris was the property manager for 20 Carroll Street, of which we learned today that he is not, but just a renter. Since Chris does not own nor manage the property at 20 Carroll Street, we are unsure of why he is retaliating against us with his continuing strong negative behavior. We have never had a problem with Chris, so this is surprisingly coming out of nowhere.

This ticket/issue is for documentation purpose, to be used for further legal proceedings, in regards to Chris' repeated threats to do bodily harm to my spouse and I.

weeds getting taller in the alley along fence line. I am unsure if homeowner knows he is responsible for alley.

Will the owner ever take care of the violation?

This totaled out car was towed here to the apt and left. Parts hanging down.
Also neighbors garage is missing many singles. Maybe warn them so they can be ready for spring.

7349 California Ave this house has junk all over there yard. Motor cycles boxes etc. need to tell owner to clean up there property .

expired plates June 2021. when will this person do the right thing!!!!!!!
